WEET Aluminum Housed Resistors Production Line
What is an aluminum shell resistor?
Aluminum shell resistor, made of aluminum alloy (golden color aluminum shell), with heat dissipation grooves on the surface, small size, high power, high temperature resistance, strong overload capacity, weather resistance, high accuracy, standard low induction resistance, high stability, strong architecture, and multiple combinations of good flexibility, which is conducive to mechanical protection and convenient installation and use.
What is an Aluminum shell resistance structure?
Aluminum shell resistor is composed of a resistor core, filler, lead wire, and aluminum alloy shell, with a heat dissipation groove on the surface.
Resistance core: Using high-temperature resistant insulating ceramic rods as the resistance skeleton, selecting alloy resistance wires, and using a precision fully automatic winding machine for uniform winding.
Aluminum shell: Made of industrial aluminum material with anodized electrophoretic treatment on the surface, which has good heat dissipation effect
Filler: Insulated non combustible silicide is used for dense encapsulation using a molding process, forming a sturdy resistance individual between the resistance core and the aluminum shell. Generally, epoxy resin and quartz sand are mixed.
Outgoing end: There are perforated end wires, screw type, welded high-temperature wires (jackets), and alloy wires for customers to choose according to their needs. The resistance wire and the iron cap at the outgoing end are welded under high voltage.
